Born in Olinda and german's grand daughter. Meiga von Liebig studied gastronomy in Belgium. It has been already two years when she came back to Brazil and opened a snack bar in Olinda. In 2006, came the restaurante. It was installed in an old style house, with three differents atmospheres, the restaurant is inspired of the french "bistrots". Meiga Von Liebig at the commands of the Château Brillant, defends that it’s “an authentic French restaurant”. She’s proud of this because she passed some years studying the French classic cuisine. Where she learned important details, such as always to remove the heart of the garlic so that it does not leave the flavour too long in the mouth.
The history of Meiga is astonished. She opened her first restaurant 15 years ago in Pina. Five years later, she decided to sell everything and whent to study French cuisine in the Crepac, traditional Belgian cuisine school. She managed with two small children. All of this because she was determined to learn how to cook. After she learned and finished her studies, she opened a restaurant in Brussels where she lived some years. Meiga will open the new
Chateau Brillant in the Marolinda Cult Hotel, in the morning there will be regional traditional breakfast and at night,
french gastronomy, also room-service 24
hours, tea service in the afternoon. All theses preparation will follow the pure french tradition.
There is about 270 frames and sculptures of pernabucan's artists spead out in differents commons areas and rooms. Each floor has a name of a pernabucan rythme "frevo, ciranda,
